Ready for the big kick-off: tomato growers in the Clyde Valley will have little spare time to devote to cheering on Scotland's footballers when they play against Brazil in the opening match of the World Cup on June 10. This month marks the start of the new season for Scotland's tomatoes and BBC Television sports reporter Hazel Irvine was on hand at Hampden to help promote the produce. Scotland's Tomatoes is a six-grower group located within the Clyde Valley and produces 2000 tonnes annually and has a 10% share of the Scottish market.
