Bicycle thieves beware: one cycle out there- the picture deliberately does not make clear which one - has been electronically tagged by Tayside Police. It has been stolen several times, and each time the thief has been traced. The existence of the Hyena bike was made public yesterday as the force launched its summer campaign against cycle theft. Last year 200 machines were stolen in Perth alone.
