FRIENDS Provident has purchased a 187,494 sq ft warehouse at the Phoenix multi-use development in Paisley, for a consideration of #10.59m.
The site had been pre-let to freight forwarding company Express Cargo at an annual rate of #4.50 per square foot, representing a yield of 7.65%. The lease covers 25 years and includes five-yearly rent reviews.
