A MAN and a juvenile have been charged with the murder of a girl whose dismembered body was found in the foundations of a new house in Omagh, Co Tyrone. They will appear in court today charged with murdering Sylvia Fleming, 17.
As well as a 26-year-old man and a 15-year-old youth, two others are also due to appear in court on other charges. Police said a 19-year-old man and a 14-year-old girl had been accused of assisting them.
Fleming, a nursing home assistant, had been living with other people in a flat in the town.
