A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a man accused of threatening to shoot the children of Dunblane. Clive Hill, 29, of The Avenues, Norwich, is alleged to have phoned a Dunblane woman and told her Thomas Hamilton ought to have killed all the town's children.
He failed to appear at Stirling Sheriff Court to answer an indictment listing four charges involving alleged calls to Rosemary Hunter.
