The first floor property has planning consent, and a licence, for conversion to a European or Italian-style restaurant. The premises have their own ground floor entrance. Martin Sutherland of commercial agents Chesterton says: ''With a total floor area of around 1820 sq ft and consent for 60 covers, the former gospel hall would make a superb restaurant in an area which is busy both day and night.''
He is looking for offers in the region of #25,000 per annum.
