THE Princess of Wales and Duchess of York are to bring charges against two French photographers arrested in the grounds of the royals' French Riviera holiday chateau near Cannes.

A third photographer has since been seized by detectives in the chateau's private grounds and could also face charges of trespassing and invasion of privacy.

If convicted, they face a one-year suspended jail sentence, a #40,000 fine, and confiscation of their cameras.
