HOMELESS people in Edinburgh are to tuck into 350 litres of speciality soups this Christmas. The soup, enough for 1500 servings, was created during test runs in the kitchen of city food producer Simply Organic. Director Christine Manson said: ''It would have been a real shame if the soup had gone to waste when there are people out there who need it. Donating to charity means a lot of people will benefit from the testing.''
