Actor Gorden Kaye, who suffered serious head injuries when a plank
smashed through his car windscreen during last month's storm, was
yesterday discharged from hospital.
The 48-year-old star of the BBC's 'Allo 'Allo, is to convalesce in a
rehabilitation centre.
A Charing Cross Hospital spokesman said: ''He is well enough to be
discharged and he has gone to a rehabilitation centre.''
Mr Kaye underwent five hours of brain surgery after the incident four
weeks ago.
