(Gavinton) The Reverend William (Bill) Paterson BD KStJ of Gavinton, Duns, Berwickshire, beloved husband firstly of Evelyn Jean Davie Marshall (deceased), then to Isobel Donaldson Maxwell: dear father of Douglas and Muriel, and grandfather to an extended family. Born 5th June 1936 - died 28th October 2024. Former minister at Bridge of Weir, Craigmillar Park, and Chirnside. Following a private interment, there will be a memorial service at Duns Parish Church on Tuesday 19th November at 11.30am, to which all friends are welcome. Family flowers only please, but to those who wish, donations to Order of St John (Scotland).
