HASTINGS - Evelyn Miss Evelyn Hastings OBE RGN, passed away suddenly on 3rd August 2024 at home, Maxwell Park, Dalbeattie. Evelyn was the former Chief Area Nursing Officer at Lanarkshire Health Board. Beloved daughter of the late Bill and Peggy Hastings and loved sister of the late David. Funeral service will take place at Colvend Parish Church on Tuesday 20th August at 11am followed by interment in the churchyard. All friends are respectfully invited to attend. Family flowers only please. If so desired, donations to DGHB Endowment Fund for the Department of Nursing, may be given at the service.
