GRIER Robert Thomson (Bob/Roy) 1928 - 2024 Suddenly, after a very short illness following a long and completely fulfilled life, R.T. passed away in the early hours of Wednesday 3rd July 2024. Devoted and beloved husband to his departed wife Helena, a wonderful father to Scott, Jane and Ian, a besotted grandfather, great-grandfather, and a treasured friend to many. Loving brother to his late siblings George and Ruby, and supported at his bedside in his last hours by his dear brother John. A funny man, a respected man, and a man of utmost integrity. He embraced his favourite bards quote; Life is but a day at most. Funeral service at Clydebank Crematorium, North Dalnottar at 1.30pm on Monday 29th July, to which all family and friends are invited. Family flowers only, please.
