MITCHELL - Irene Peacefully, at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, on 11th July 2024. Irene, beloved wife of John (retired Head Teacher of Kilsyth Academy), loving mother of Rosslyn and Andrew, grandmother of Louise, Joanna and Cameron and great-grandmother to Caleb. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 24th July 2024 at Daldowie Crematorium arriving at 11.30am, to which all friends, relatives and former colleagues are invited. Family flowers only, please. There will be a retiral collection in favour of Diabetes UK.
