TURNBULL - John "Douglas" Of Clarkston, Glasgow, passed away on 23rd May 2024 at home after a long battle with cancer bravely borne. Beloved Husband of Elspeth, devoted Father to Stephen and Andrew, and an adoring Grandfather to Blair, Mhairi, Rory, Hamish and Eilidh. A wonderful friend to many he will be greatly missed. There will be a private family committal on Wednesday 19th June, followed by a service of thanksgiving for his life at Giffnock South Parish church at 11.30am. No flowers please but Douglas requested people wear colourful ties or scarves. There will be a collection for Prostrate Scotland and My Name's Doddie Foundation | MND Charity.
