CALCOTT - Ian (Formerly of Edinburgh, latterly of Airth) A former journalist and news bureau chief of the Daily Record, Edinburgh, and life-long salmon fisherman of considerable renown, Ian died peacefully on 28th February 2024, aged 85. Husband of Margaret, Ian was the darling dad of Christine (from a previous relationship), a generous, loving and supportive father-in-law, grandpa and great-grandpa, a gentleman and a true friend to his lifelong pals.
