GILL - Gerard John At home, with his family around him on Saturday 20th January 2024, Gerry, much loved husband of Iris, dear father of Steve, Eric and Julie, father-in-law of Diane and Rachael, delighted grandfather of Lauren, David, Ewan, Sophie, Michael and Rebecca, big brother of Mike, Mary and Jo. Iris and family would like to thank neighbours, staff of Northcote Surgery, the carers from Glasgow City Health and Social Care, and community and Marie Curie nurses for outstanding kindness and support. Viewing at Anderson Maguire Funeral Directors, 403-405 Dumbarton Road, G11 6BE between 2pm and 4pm on Wednesday 7th February. The funeral will be held on Thursday 8th February at 10.30am at Glasgow Crematorium, 19 Tresta Road, G23 5AA, and afterwards at The Attic, Cottiers, 93-95 Hyndland Street, G11 5PU, to which all are welcome. Donations, if desired, to a cancer charity of your choice.
