DUFFY Sheila Sinclair M.A Edin. 1967 06.08.46 - 03.11.23 Died Friday 3rd November 2023 at home, surrounded by family. Sheila has completed the happy highway and is residing in the bosom of the distant blue remembered hills, after a life well livedsometimes too well lived! Wife of actor Paul Young, mother of Hannah and Katie and loving Gran of Rosie, Jack and Andrew. A private cremation has taken place and a celebration of Sheila's life will take place in the coming months. For 20 years, Sheila was the award winning editor of Gallus, the journal of the Glasgow and West of Scotland Family History Society. She was also a journalist and broadcaster at STV and Radio Clyde, lifelong trade unionist, genealogist, member of CND, humanist and all round party animal. "Gone to the undiscovered country, from whose bourn no traveller returns"
