MACPHEE - John Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital on Monday 6th November 2023, John, aged 83 years, (retired Strathclyde Police Constable F Division) from South Uist, beloved husband of the late Nan, adored father to Catherine, grandfather to Andrew and father-in-law to Martin, much loved brother, uncle and great friend to many. Fortified by the rites of Holy Church, R.I.P. Reception and vigil at St Mary Immaculate R.C. Church, Shawhill Road, Pollokshaws on Wednesday 15th November at 6pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday 16th November at 10am, thereafter to St Conval's Cemetery.
