HIGGINS - William On Sunday 29th October 2023 at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Bill, beloved husband of Ann and loving father of Lorraine, Ruth, Ann, Wilma, Billy and Jane. A much loved father-in-law, grandpa, great-grandpa, uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be held at the Linn Crematorium on Tuesday 14th November 2023 at 3pm.
