DOOR - Jane (Edinburgh) We are deeply saddened to announce that Jane Door (née Melrose) passed away peacefully at Highbank Care Home on 6th July 2023, aged 86. Retired primary school teacher and beloved wife of Eric. Wonderful Mum to Lindsay and Andrew and devoted Gran to André, Alice and Henry. She was much loved and will be greatly missed by us all and the extended family. Jane will be buried in a tranquil setting at Binning Memorial Wood at 1pm on Friday 28th July. No flowers however donations can be made to "Children 1st" if so desired.
