TAYLOR - William (Bill) The good doctor passed away peacefully in the early hours of Saturday 17th June 2023, after a short illness at Cheval Rocque on the Island of Jersey. A loving and devoted husband of 63 years to Margaret; a guiding light to his son Mark, a warm hearted father-in-law to Carrie and a gentle and funny Papa to Lexie, Fergus, Ollie and Jess. Bill was a good friend to me from schooldays at Glasgow Academy and afterwards as fellow students at Glasgow University. I was saddened to hear of his passing, as I had spoken to him on the phone only a month ago. I send very sincere condolencies to all his family.
