BRUCE - John (Jim) James Smyth Passed at Ailsa Craig Care Home on Saturday 1st April 2023, aged 77 years old. With his loving son Darren and daughter Ainsley by his side, John peacefully took his last breathes and fell into eternal sleep. John is now at rest with his mum, dad, brothers and sisters. Loving son of the late Jimmy and Cathy. Much loved Dad to son Darren and wife Katie, and daughter Ainsley. Loving brother to Catherine and husband Billy and to the late Mary, Ellen, Rita, Ray and Robert. Proud, wonderful, adoring and adored, fun Grandad to Darius, Cole and Olivia. Uncle to Raymond, Linda, Craig, Robbie, Catherine and the late Derek. Funeral will take place on Friday 14th April at 12.30pm in Craigton Crematorium, Berryknowes Road, G52 2DB, to which all family and friends are invited.
