BAIN - William Alastair Peacefully at Crosshouse Hospital, with loving family by his side on Tuesday 7th February 2023, Alastair passed away. He was the beloved husband of Elza, dearly loved dad of Roslyn and treasured and respected papa of Ellyn and Fraser. He will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service will take place at Clyde Coast and Garnock Valley Crematorium on Monday 27th February at 12 noon, to which all friends are respectfully invited. Donations in lieu of flowers to North Ayrshire Cancer Care.

I was very fortunate to know Alastair since 1969 and worked with him from 1975-78.
He was one of the most decent and genuine men I had the privilege to know and was devoted to his wife and daughter.
He is sadly missed.
