BLAIR - Walter Walter - peacefully at home on Friday 3rd February 2023 with his family by his side. Darling husband of Sheila, Brother to Irene, Dad to Kirsteen, Douglas and Lindsay and Papa to his 10 grandchildren. Thanksgiving service to be held on Friday 17th February at 3pm in Holy Trinity Church, St Andrews.
