DUNCANSON - Eleanor Thomson (nee Craig) Eleanor died peacefully at her beloved home in Robinsfield on Thursday 19th January 2023, aged 74. Beloved wife of Fergus, dearest mum to Niall and mum-in-law to Fiona. A celebration of her life will be held at Glasgow Crematorium, Maryhill, on Friday 3rd February at 3pm, and afterwards at Kilmardinny House, Bearsden, to which all friends are invited. Eleanor has requested that friends wear some colour, not black, and preferably something that reflects the context of your friendship, whether sailing, geology, singing, tennis, power stations or whatever. No flowers, please. Donations may be made to a charity such as MND Scotland, Cancer Research UK or RNLI. Her family wish to thank profoundly the district nursing team and the Homecare team from East Dunbartonshire for their superb care in her final months.
