GRANT - Alan Scott Suddenly at home on 8th September 2022, loving husband of Ann, dad of Laura and Gary, proud grandpa to Caitlin and Rebecca. Alan was a former Principal Administrator at Inverclyde District Council, BB captain at 1st Renfrew and a local JP. Private committal for immediate family. A service to celebrate Alan's life will be held at Skelmorlie and Wemyss Bay Parish Church, where Alan was session clerk, on Wednesday 21st September at 11am, to which all family, friends and former colleagues are invited. Alan wished that people dressed brightly and that it be a celebration of his life. No flowers please. Donations to Ardgowan Hospice.
