BEST - William (Bill) Passed away peacefully, at Springvale Care Home on Wednesday 29th June 2022, aged 102. Dearly beloved husband of the late Catherine Best (née Lynch), much loved brother and brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle and great-great-uncle of a multitude of nieces and nephews, and a special friend and neighbour to many, he will be sorely missed. All Bill's friends and family are deeply appreciative of the care and kindness received in Primrose wing of Springvale Care Home over the last three years of his exceptionally long life, especially in supporting him at the many celebrations around his 100th birthday. Fortified by Rites of the Holy Church, R.I.P. Reception and vigil on Thursday 14th July 2022 at St Paul's R.C. Church, Milton of Campsie, G66 8BU. Funeral Mass on Friday 15th July 2022, for 10am, thereafter to Cadder Cemetery, G64 2QG for 11.30am. Donations, if desired, to Schoenstatt Sisters of Mary and Marie Curie Hospice.
