DEMPSEY - John Peacefully at Glasgow Royal Infirmary on Friday 27th May, John Dempsey, beloved husband to Agnes, adored father to Maureen and father in law to Laurence, much loved grandfather to John and Rose. First Provost of East Dunbartonshire. Reception of the body on Friday 10th June at 6.30pm, and funeral on Saturday 11th June at 10am both at St Machan's Church, Lennoxtown. Thereafter commital at Campsie Cemetery. Requiescat in Pace.
