DHIR - Rani MBE On 25th January 2022, at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, after a long illness, borne with her customary humour, Rani, died peacefully in her sleep. Much loved daughter of the late Sat Dev and the late Swarn Lata and beloved sister of Rita, Renuka, Rajni and Rajiv. Adored aunt to Reena, Ameeta, Meera, David, Paul, Neil, Oliver and Mayeul. Devoted great-aunt to Nikhil, Elise, Avani, Rishi, Samantha, Charlotte, Nalini, Orelia, Archie, Eila, Quinn, Alex, Isobel and Dara. Funeral service on 11th February 2022 at 1.30pm at Clydebank Crematorium, to which all who knew and loved her are welcome. No flowers please but if wished, donations may be made to the British Heart Foundation or Cancer Research.
