LAURIE - Ian Cameron, F.C.I.H. After a short period in Glasgow Royal Infirmary, on 21st September, 2021, Ian, beloved husband of the late Jean, loving and devoted husband to Moraig, father, stepfather, much loved "Grandpa Ian" and "GG Ian". Ian was formerly the Chief Executive of Bearsden and Milngavie District Council, former Clerk to the Lord Lieutenant of Dunbartonshire and very proud former Chair of Housing, and Board member of Bield Housing. Ian very much believed in Community and served it well over many years. Ian was also a long serving Bowls Scotland umpire. His funeral will take place at Clydebank Crematorium, North Dalnottar on Wednesday, 6th October, 2021 at 2.30pm, to which family, past colleagues and his many friends are cordially invited. Gentlemen, where appropriate, Club ties please. Family flowers only. In lieu, Ian's dearest charities are CHAS and Erskine.
