ALEXANDER - Robert 'Big Bert' Passed away peacefully at Thompson Court on 8th September 2021, aged 82. Husband of the late Margaret and, following her passing, Anne, father to Lesley and Gordon and a loving grandfather. Loved by so many, he will be greatly missed, especially on Bute. He liked nothing better than helping others, it's therefore no surprise that he donated his body to science. That being the case, a Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday 22nd September at the United Church of Bute (formerly High Kirk), Townhead, High Street, Rothesay, PA20 9JH at 1pm, all welcome. Donations to Alzheimer Scotland.
