BLACK - George It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden death of George Lobban Black (retired Dental Surgeon) at home in Inverness on Sunday, 15th August 2021, in his 83rd year. George was, for more than 57 years, the loving husband of Hilary Anne Black (also retired Dental Surgeon) and father of Hector, Martin and Deirdre and an inspiring grandfather to Carrick, Jemima, Lachlan, Alexandra, Charlotte and Hannah and father-in-law of Zoe and Andrew. Former pupil of Hillhead High School and Alumni of the University of Glasgow. Bon viveur, raconteur and keen golfer, he will be missed greatly by so many. Funeral Service on Friday 27th August 2021 at 2pm, in Inverness Crematorium to which all are invited. Arrangements by D. Chisholm & Sons.
