RICHARDSON - Joyce Elizabeth MB, ChB, DCH, FRCP (Ed) After prolonged illness, Joyce died peacefully on Thursday, 3rd June, 2021 at Colinton Care Home, Edinburgh in her 89th year. Devoted daughter to James and Mary Richardson, loved and supportive sister of Neil, sister-in-law of Hazel, aunt of Gavin, Shona, Jennifer and Kirsteen and great-aunt of Kira, Finlay, Ewan, Xavier and Alexa. Retired Consultant Paediatrician at The Royal Hospital for Sick Children, Glasgow and the Vale of Leven Hospital, Alexandria. Regrettably due Covid restrictions, funeral private by invitation at Mortonhall Crematorium, Edinburgh on Tuesday, 13th July, 2021 at 3pm, details of live video streaming available from William Purves Funeral Directors 0131 447 5858.
