DICKSON - Helen Anderson (nee Dunbar) Peacefully following a short illness, Helen Anderson Dickson (nee Dunbar), has died aged 91. The beloved wife of the late Allan Scott, dearest mother of Anne and Robert, loving mother-in-law to Becky, and doting grandmother of Alex and Matt. A true friend and colleague to many in teaching, opera, and learning in later life. Funeral by invitation due to covid restrictions.

Helen was a highly respected teacher in Glasgow, and is particularly remembered for the support she gave to pupils in Levern Primary School and Crookston Castle Secondary School.

Sorry to read today of Helen's death. I knew her from the Citizens Theatre and from Friends of Scottish Opera. She was a staunch supporter of both establishments. She will be much missed by everyone.
