ALEXANDER - Alastair McPherson Passed away peacefully at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow on 7th March 2021 aged 83, with one of his beloved daughters by his side. A respected, well-known sports broadcaster, football commentator, architect, historian and author he was a true gentleman always showing kindness and compassion for others. Beloved father and father-in-law of Shirley, Susan, Joyce and Mark. Proud and adored Grandpa of Alex and Callum. "We shall not see his like again" Rest in Peace Dad your legacy lives on. A private service will take place at Greenock Crematorium and our dad will be making his final journey passing Parklea and Margaret Street between 1.10pm and 1.45pm on Friday 26th March.
