WINSTANLEY - Simon On 9th March 2021, Simon Winstanley, St John's Town of Dalry, passed away in Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary with his wife, Petal at his side. Husband of the late Annie, father of Adam, Robin, Tessa, Amy and grandfather to Maisie-Lou and Rowan. Due to current restrictions his funeral service will be private.
