HIGGINS - Elizabeth (Beth) Peacefully at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, on 19th February 2021, Beth, beloved wife of the late William Harper, much loved mother of David and Gwen, loving Gran to Claire, Peter, Jenny and Gordon. Great-Grandmother to Lucas, dearest sister to Jacqueline and fondest mother-in-law to Louise and Donald. Due to current circumstances funeral private.
