McDOUGALL - William Wilson MBE Aged 80 years, passed away peacefully at home in the care of his loving family, on Monday 15th February 2021, former Chief Superintendent in Strathclyde Police, Security Advisor at SFA, UEFA and FIFA Delegate. A life lived well, full of love and laughter, will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Special thanks to Dr MacRae and all the nursing staff at Hunter Health Centre, East Kilbride.

A wonderful supporter of his old BB company, 268 Glasgow. The annual reunion dinners will be quieter affairs without his excellent stories.
A wise counsel who will be much missed by those who knew him.

I first met Willie 56 years ago when we were both young policemen, I was waiting for a bus and he was on his bike, we had a laugh and that was the first of many.
A fine man and a fine policeman who put a smile on many faces.
