McCONNELL - Walter Scott OBE Peacefully at home on 9th February 2021. Scott, beloved husband of the late Liz (Elizabeth Ramsay), much loved Dad to Beth, Morag, Robbie and Katy, best Grampa to Scott, Matthew, Anna, Ryan and David, Great-Grampa to Lottie, Brand-New father-in-law of Billy, Nathan and Tony, Uncle and valued friend to many. A kind and gentle man Scott will be greatly missed by all who knew him in Whiting Bay, Strathaven and through his distinguished Pharmacy career. Funeral service at 2.30pm on 3rd March for family only but is available on webcast, contact family for link or those wishing to pay respects can do so as the cortege passes on the A71 between Scott's home at Priestgill (1.35pm) and childhood home in Hurlford (2.15pm) en route to Holmsford Bridge Crematorium, Dreghorn.
