MILLIGAN - Ian Hamilton October 1947 February 2021 It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ian in Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary, after a short illness borne with great courage and dignity. Ian was Jennifer's much loved husband of 47 years and "Uncle" to the Milligan family. He will be missed by his many friends both near and far. Due to current restrictions he will be cremated at Roucan Loch, Dumfries.
