MORTON - William It is with great sadness that we share the death of Bill Morton on 17th December 2020, his 87th birthday, after a difficult few years borne with great dignity. Bill was foremost a family man. He was a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend to many. Predeceased by loving wife Helen, he will be missed by Doreen and Matthew and Gavin and Jean, Kathryn, David, Billy, Kirsty and Lucy and six great-grandchildren. For 63 years a farmer at Adamhill he was a servant of Craigie Parish Church, the community and great support of Ayr Curling Club. His roarin' days are over. In light of the present circumstances a private funeral will take place but the family appreciate the many messages of sympathy and support received. Finally, thanks must go to Dundonald House Nursing Home for their loving care and attention over the past few years.
