MATTHEWS - Ellen Peacefully at Buccleuch Care Home, Hawick, on 29th November 2020, Ellen, 87, (previously of Linlithgow and Kinross), much loved wife of the late Eric Matthews, loving mum to Fiona, the late Jane, and Valerie, and mother-in-law to Jed, Ross and Ian. She was an adoring gran to Sophie, Jack, Robbie, Jennifer, Christopher, Sarah and Anna, and cherished sister to Dorothy and the late Nancy. A private memorial service and cremation will be held on Wednesday 9th December. Donations if desired, may be made in aid of Buccleuch Care Home, Hawick (St Philips Care) and Alzheimer Scotland (SC022315).
