MORTON - William Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday 1st November 2020, after a long illness. William, dearly loved husband of Margaret. A loving dad to Jean, Anne and Margaret and a much loved grandpa to Elaine, Anne, John, Robert, Alan and Thomas. Also great-grandchildren Katie and Adam. Due to current restrictions the funeral service is private.

My brother and I were so sorry to hear about Billy’s passing. We (Graham and Christopher Wilson) are the sons of John and Mamie Wilson. We last met Billy and Margaret at the funeral of our father John.
It was great to hear the band rehearsing in the front room at times and to assist in setting up the gear for the numerous band gigs. Those were good times. We will remember him that way, always smiling when he had a microphone in his hand singing on stage.
