MITCHELL - Joan Cameron Peacefully in Colorado Springs on the eve of her 87th birthday, Joan, dear mother of John, Christopher, Colin and the late Samuel and a proud grandmother, as well as a beloved sister of Lewis, Roderick, Mary and James. She will be laid to rest in Arlington Cemetery, Washington D.C. alongside her late husband Major General John H. Mitchell, the former US Commander in West Berlin.
