IRONS - Thomas Bishop BSc Hons MIMechE Tom passed away at home on Monday 17th August 2020 with members of his family at his side. Tom, cherished husband of June (Blackwood). Respected and much-loved Dad of Jennifer, Stewart, Andrew, and Iain. Adored and adoring Grandpa of Rhona, Archie, Jeane, Alex, Iona, and Fergus (and little girl yet unborn in NZ). Friend and son-in-law to Alistair and daughters-in-law Eleanor and Shannon. Dearest brother of Elizabeth and Janice and husbands Robert and John. Brother-in-law of Hugh and Anna. Past member of Kelburn Cricket Club, Old Grammarian Rugby team, Past Captain of Caldwell Golf Course, and a respected business colleague at home and abroad. `a gentle man` Cortege will leave 27 Barrmill Road, Beith on Friday 28th August at 1.10pm and pass Caldwell Golf Club at 1.25pm on the way to Woodside Crematorium in Paisley. Due to current virus restrictions, funeral private.

Dear June. So sad to hear of Tom’s passing. I have great memories over the many years I worked for Proctor. From Vienna, Spain, and Paris I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tom and being with you. Tom was certainly a gentleman with a great sense of humor. I lost my husband I’m 2017 so I know how you feel.
