McLUSKIE - James Peacefully at Hunterhill Care Home on Tuesday 28th July 2020. James, much loved husband of the late Alma and dear brother to Morag. Funeral service will be held at Woodside Crematorium on Monday 10th August at 3pm. The funeral service will be streamed online. No flowers please. Donations if desired in lieu to RNLI.

So sorry to hear of Jim’s passing worked with him as postman for a good number of years him and Alma were good friends of my parents he was a lovely guy and did a lot of work for the lochwinnoch community and was very well respected he will be sadly missed my heartfelt sympathy

Jim and Alma were a lovely couple who were kind and caring members of the Lochwinnoch Community. All of my family knew them well and as a teenager they gave me my first seasonal job helping with the Christmas rush in the Post Office. My mother May spent many years of fun and success with Jim and all the members of Calder Drama, staging their twice yearly shows to sell out audiences at the McKillop. Jim was a unique individual who always had time for a chat or a kind word of empathy. Long remembered and sadly missed. Paul Harris
