I'm so sad to find out that Johnny Beattie has passed away. He was such a great comedian and actor, and he did an awful lot for many charities in Scotland. R.I.P. Johnny - you will be greatly missed.

Deepest sympathy and condolences to the family and friends of the late, much lamented Johnny Beattie . A legend in his own lifetime , combined with an unbelievable lifetime to charity and charity events. A perfect gentleman of whom I had the great pleasure of meeting at the many charity functions we attended. R.I.P. Johnny Beattie.
