THORNYCROFT - John Grey Mytton Born in London 1934, sadly passed away peacefully at home in Glasgow on 4th June 2020, aged 86. Beloved son of Capt John Mytton Thornycroft, proud grandson of the distinguished Lt Col Charles Mytton Thornycroft DSO CBE and famous lyricist Clifford Grey. Ex second mate Merchant Navy. Past Master of The Grand Lodge of Glasgow St John no 3 Bis. Co-founder of the Bearsden/Milngavie branch of the Scottish Society for Mentally Handicapped Children, now known as ENABLE Scotland. Beloved husband to Anna, devoted and proud father to Karen, Lynn and Mark, adored grandfather to James, Ross, Mark and Louise. Forever in our thoughts.
