PERCY - Walter Sibbald Passed away peacefully at The Canberra Hospital, Australia on 4th June 2020, aged 82. Born Glasgow 8th May 1938. Much loved husband of Helen for more than 55 years. Loving father and father-in-law of Douglas and Tracy, Mahraie and Ian. Grandfather to Joshua and Connor. Admired, loved, respected and so dearly missed.
