WADDLETON - Vera Peacefully at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, on Wednesday 6th May 2020, aged 78. Vera, much loved wife of the late Frank, loving mum of Stuart and Alison and devoted grandmother of Catalina, Carina and Carlo. Due to current circumstances, a private burial will be held at Cadder Cemetery, Bishopbriggs, on Friday 22nd May. The funeral cortege will leave the family home at 1pm and travel via Woodhill Evangelical Church at approximately 1.15pm, for those that wish to pay their respects as Vera passes by. A Service of Thanksgiving will take place at a later date.

Sign in to add a tributeWe were so sad to hear of Vera's death the other day. She is now with the Lord she loved so much and that must console you in your great loss .
I worked with Vera for 5 years at the college and experienced her kindness, helpfulness and great love of the students at first hand. She literally worked her heart out for them. She was a truly unique character and a wonderful servant of Christ. The world is s poorer place from her passing. You must miss her beyond words. Sincerely
